1. Shipping & Delivery

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    • Orders to the United States typically arrive within 7–16 business days. International orders may take 10–26 business days depending on your location.

  • Where is my order shipping from?

    • We partner with global suppliers to bring you the best prices. Most items ship directly from our international warehouses via reliable carriers like USPS.

  • Why did only part of my order arrive?

    • To speed up delivery, items in the same order are sometimes shipped in separate packages. They may arrive a few days apart.

2. Tracking & Orders

  • How do I track my package?

    • Once your item ships, you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to see live updates.

  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

    • We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Please contact us within 1–3 hours of placing your order if you need to make a change.

3. Returns & Refunds

  • What is your return policy?

    • We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in their original packaging. Please contact us at TeamSupport@wknows.com before sending any items back.

  • Where do I send my return?

    • Do not send items back to the manufacturer. You send the item back to 34 Laurel Str, Worcester MA 01608

  • What if my item arrives damaged?

    • Please send a photo or video of the damage to our support email, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
