1. Shipping Times Most of our products are shipped from our international warehouses. Please allow the following estimated delivery times based on your location:

United States: 5–7 business days.

International: 10–26 business days.

Note: These times include our internal processing window of 1–3 business days.
2. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been handed over to the carrier (usually USPS for US orders), you will receive an automated email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or through the carrier's portal.
3. Multiple Shipments To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages. Do not be alarmed if one item arrives before the others.
4. Customs and Duties For international orders, our customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
Domestic Shipping We ship to all addresses within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is correct, as we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
